Today we started our Super Kids class with Police Officer Costner. He comes every year to teach the Kindergarten, 2nd Grade and 5th Grade students at our school.
Today he talked about Self Esteem. He said Self Esteem is the way we feel about ourselves. Having good self-esteem is very important, but we also have to be watchful. The things we say or do to others can bring down their self esteem.
What did you learn from Officer Costner about having good self-esteem?

i learned to not be mad about what i feel like he is very funny and help ful now i have high self estem and i always will
i learned that if someone says they dont like u its not u its them and u can't make anyone love u or like u and that you can ba a good A student
That if you have a good self -esteam then you will have a good day.
that class was so cool he was cool and he said if people said you cant do something he said you should say you watch me and he said you got to feel good about your slef and you be happy who you are

what i learn from self steem is that listen to your on self not other people they dont control you do what you want to do
I learn that you don't have to feel bad about yourself even though people say bad things about you.
that you shold not make fun of how peopel drss like.
